KBS, the public broadcasting station of South Korea,
celebrated its 50th anniversary with a significant revamp of its news programs.
The design team incorporated a simple visual representation of news for each time slot,
taking inspiration from the hour hand of a clock.
This concept became the central theme for all news programs.
The project entailed producing titles and video wall graphics for a concise teaser broadcast, aired 30 minutes before KBS's main news program, the 9 o'clock news, to provide a brief preview of the day's headline news stories.
